Recent testimonial:

This is what Patterson's "mother" had to say about Private Lessons:

"Alisa was efficient with our time, great with Patterson, professional and persistent! :) [Patterson] loves his bed now, he is more relaxed, has engaging toys and is responding to drills. Well worth the money - you helped us get started and problem solve with lots of training tips, ideas and ways to fuel our dog's energy."

Please help me end the use of choke collars at BARCS!

This is a follow up to my previous announcement. First, I wanted to clarify that in no way, shape or form was I criticizing BARCS or they work that they do. What I am criticizing is the archaic use of choke collars, which I explained is still being used due to budget constraints. Second, I wanted to let you know that I have been in communication with the shelter and discovered that you can donate directly to the shelter for this cause! When you make your donation, you must specifically write "no-slip collars" in the memo portion of your check, or in the "add special instructions to merchant" field of the PayPal form.

To make your tax-deductible donation, please send a check to BARCS, 301 Stockholm Street, Baltimore MD 21230. If you would like to pay via PayPal, please visit the BARCS donation page. If you have any questions, please contact Ann at BARCS at 410-396-4695.

If you have already made a donation to You Silly Dog, please contact me. I would be happy to return your check so that you can obtain the tax-deduction.

Thank you everyone for your kind consideration!

Refrain from pain, please train humane!

Happy Holidays!
